To preserve their shine and the finesse of the gold plating, avoid repeated and prolonged contact with water, perfumes, creams, and chemicals.

To extend their lifespan, it is advisable to remove your jewelry before taking a shower, exercising, sleeping, or doing housework. Semi-precious, natural, and delicate stones will particularly appreciate these attentions.

When you are not wearing them, store your jewelry separately in their original pouch or a box, away from moisture and light.

Our jewelry is designed to last. We select high-quality components and apply a gold plating that exceeds market standards to guarantee you an exceptional product. Despite the special attention given to the choice of materials and the quality controls carried out throughout production, a defect may exceptionally occur. That is why we offer a 6-month warranty covering any manufacturing or assembly defect that appears under normal use of the jewelry.

We do not cover defects that arise from the use of aggressive products (such as chlorine, corrosive cleaning products, body creams, perfumes, etc.) for which we cannot guarantee the durability of the plating.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend that you carefully follow our care instructions, to avoid any premature deterioration.
