We prepare your order and ship it within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• 8€ to Germany (free for purchases over 80€)  
• €9 to France (free for purchases over 80€)
• €7 to Luxembourg (free for purchases over 80€)
• €7 to the Netherlands (free for purchases over 80€)

Changed your mind?
You have 14 days to return an item that doesn’t suit you.

After notifying us by email at eshop@murielleperrotti.com (within a maximum of 14 days), please send your return to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item has been received — in its original packaging, in its original condition, unused and unworn — the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 days.

If the customer fails to comply with these conditions, particularly the return conditions, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.
